​Deposits

All bookings are confirmed with a deposit. Completely discrete and anonymous methods for payment of the deposit are available. The remaining balance is payable in cash upon arrival at our booking. Bank transfer may be arranged only if discussed ahead of time. Please do not Beem the rest of / the full balance.

Cancellations

In the event the client needs to cancel, deposits are unfortunately non-refundable. In some circumstances and at my discretion a deposit may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment. In the very rare event that I need to cancel our appointment, a full refund will be issued.

Punctuality

Please allow adequate time to arrive to our date. I offer a 10 minute grace period; beyond that, unfortunately our booking length will be affected. The full fee is owed for the duration that was booked for.

Health

Please do not arrive to our session with any symptoms of illness, including a cold. Please get in touch before our session if you are at all symptomatic. Bookings may be terminated without refund if clients arrive to a booking with symptoms.
